Are You Saying No to Opportunities?

As i've got older, the more i found myself saying no to opportunities. I almost feel like the most pro productive thing you could do is to look at all the things that you have when you two do liss and remove, like 50 % of them. One framework for thinking about this is, whenever you are asked to do something in the future, always just ask yourself if you would do it to morrow? It's important to be careful btwhat you commit yourself to do. And if it's not advancing your personal or professional goals, it may be wasted time.
