The Translation of Elizabeth's History of the English Church
It is intended to point out how many and weighty points the pretended reformers of the church have departed from that sound and Catholic faith, planted first among Englishmen. The work was again translated by John Stevens, 1723, and a third time with some omissions, by W. Hurst in 1814. In 1870, a literal translation by the Reverend L. Giddley was published.
