Organic Beef

I've been buying locally from my local organic shop at the press are getting so high it's no longer feasible. One thing to look at if you're near a terminal market is teaming up with other people and going and buying wholesale in the early mornings at the terminal markets. Good quality is good enough I would prefer to buy direct, especially if they do bulk discounts over if the distributor has good prices. You can recommend if you want my main concern is just lowering the food budget without lowering the quality.
