The Difficult Decision to Take a Risk and Go With Salamu
We had 20 companies that we had regular meetings with but it wasn't going where we wanted to and out of those 20 I think we went into the diligence with roughly like first due diligence with roughly 10. The thing is we had probably three that were really like serious and then we had another three of four that we were unfortunately not managing the timing right. At some point we had to face this difficult decision whether we want to take a risk and wait until we find out what the other companies are willing to offer or we just make a decision and go with one of the offers that we had on the table, which was Salamu.
