Do You Need a Brain Cleaning Night?

Dr. Bredesen has shown that you probably need three, maybe four hours after your final meal of the day before you go to sleep so that the blood isn't down in your intestines and can go up to your brain. If people just once a week take the step of having a brain cleaning night where they cut off their last meal. Or if you're going to eat dinner, really eat your last bite by about five o'clock in the evening. And do that once a week at the very least to clean your brain because everybody realizes we have this incredible epidemic of Alzheimer's and it's getting worse and worse and worse.
