The Importance of Color in Beer
The LME beer had slightly more beige head, but you couldn't tell that in these colored cups. I actually got two of my six triangle test attempts wrong. They were these beers tasted way more similar than you'd expect. The fact that I couldn't do it 100% of the time was pretty surprising to me just given how different these beers looked.
