Twitter Censorship - Is Twitter a State Actor?

The first amendment arguments are like ridiculous anyway. The government never asked Twitter to censor the New York Post, sorry. And even if it had, that wouldn't amount to suppression or free speech. Trump already sued Twitter to get his account back on the theory that legislators telling social media platforms to do a better job about misinformation and hate speech amounted to coercing them into action. So perhaps sensing the weakness of this First Amendment argument, conservatives are now trying to rerun Pizza Gate. You remember Pizza Gate was that conspiracy theory from 26? Oh, it's funny, but it's also like really not.
