"I had no identifiable emotions of any kind. It was just, I had one intention and that was to capture the best that I could on film because I knew that history was being made," he says. "Your mind can only take in about 5% in a highly violent kinetic situation like that." He adds: "There was a protective nature going on right there, you know, self preservation".
