How Fast Does Your Microbiome Change?

LZ Granderson: I'm really excited to see what we can learn by actually digging down under the hood. There's been studies recently on runners that show such a dramatic change after two hours of hard running. And so there are some hypothesis that are rapidly changing microbiome changes on the order of three to four days. LZ: Stay tuned, this is a really cool area for the future.
