In this meditation, I suggested bringing your mind into your heart and in your heart contacting that dimensionless point. In every human being, everything depends on it, everything flows from it. We call it in Arabic, ruh, rah, in Hebrew,. It's the same in Greek. It's numah. But we need a receptive heart, a conscious heart, a healthy heart to receive what spirit has to give and distribute it to the rest of our being - not just the self but also the body.
