Is There a Difference Between a Good Day and a Bad Day?
When I'm working my way up towards PRing or if I've a goal of like actually, you know, lifting more weight than I've lifted before, I want to go through a phase of just like working on all the nuances. The other time is when it's been like, let's say I've fallen off for three or four weeks and I haven't been consistent and I know that I'm easing back into working out. Those are the two times I think I tend to do like technique type days. It's like, okay, today is technique skill, slow down the repetitions, lighten the load up dramatically.
