Is the Spirit Present?
The traditionalst seems to say that we are born with the ability to believe, because believing itself is not a work that requires supernatural ability. The gospel brings light so that we can understand and that the power to save us if we submit. How is that different from the wesleyan view of universal, pervenient grace?
