How Long Do You Want to Perform at This Level?

I think with athletes. It's obviously You're dealing with the top 1 100 of a percent of the genetic population, you know, these are the cream of the crop genetically speaking There are certainly outliers there are lots of guys and girls that Don't have optimal diets and they still look great And they still perform well but my question is always to them. How long do you want to perform at this level two more years four more years ten more years? I've never met anybody that says they feel the same when they're jet lag Well, absolutely that's basically sleep deprivation. So yeah sleep deprivation Ultimately equals performance depertive deprivation because sleep is how we accumulate energy.
