The Role of Courts in the American Revolution
Foucault says there's no logical end to the notion of justice. He argues that courts are partial justice by definition because they exist in the real world and have a whole bunch of objective criteria which arguably aren't objective. Foucault was sort of right but he was wrong as if you go from you know courts I ate out of ten to mob justice you're not actually getting better justice at all, it just looks like it's worse justice.
