The Fake Individualism, Corporate Uniqueness

This is an important theme to keep in mind, especially this concept of fake individualism or corporate uniqueness. I was thinking, of course, of the American ideal of the 1950s. Your ability to get alone is part of a huge network of financial companies all competing for the pleasure of allowing you to take out a loan so you can afford that house just like every other American.
