The Revolt of the Ionian Greeks
The Persians had retreated, but the Greeks did not think their threat was over yet. They held a conference to discuss the future of the Ionian Greeks who had revolted. Leotakites argued that the Ionian should be evacuated from Asia and allowed to populate the mother country in the lands of the meat-isers. But Zanthippus believed the Ionian's should not be evacuated at all and argued that the Spartan should not have any say in what would happen to the cities who at one point were Athenian colonists.
