The Magic of Blending Offline and Online Engagement

I'm experiencing a lot of really good Engagement online and some not so great engagements online. What I what I feel like I hope is that we've fully over rotated for obvious reasons to a hundred percent virtual And that is a necessity, but it's also an incredible way to Have a deep amount of respect when you meet somebody in person and then bring that engagement online again. You really have this other level of understanding of that person  in my mind.
