The Importance of Chemotherapy for Mutated iGvH
The role for chemotherapy including for this subset of patients is gone so we don't use it at all the IFCG trial which was the last trial we had with chemotherapy we stopped accrual to that trial about a half two years ago. Right now we have no clinical trials with chemotherapy at all. If you get a MDS AML after you know FCR or VR or anything like that that's really is not good and everyone has shown that target therapies are better PFS some have shown better OS not everyone but at least better PFS, he says.
