The NPC's Deputies in China

So basically, the NPC, right, we have deputies. They are representatives from the people. At the township and county level, they are voted directly by the residents of those towns and counties. Since the reform and opening up county and township level voter turnout in the elections, they remain at around about 90%. So a lot of people- Wow. Well, you know, it's not surprising that- I was really looking forward to this episode specifically because I'm looking at Bebe as my teacher. Oh gosh. No pressure, huh? Anyhow.
