The Biomechanics of the Push Off and Loading as We Walk or Run

The most common phrase or term that's used for that step position is in the literature is push off. And so if we can achieve that to off position in an idealized human anatomy, then there's minimal muscle work. The problem is how often do you do any office to flat rhythmical preferred speed walking? We're always navigating a branch again if you're walking from empire state building to the museum. Each office gets tired and a little sore and uncomfortable 20 minutes into the museum. Because we're stopping and starting turning, stopping and starting again looking around.
