How to Listen to Your Employees and Team

I'm definitely fatigued on the Zoom phenomenon that's popped up. I don't think it's necessarily sustainable over the next few years. Most of the things we do, you don't see because we move them or push them due to what's going on in the world. We just try and be ourselves and as empathetic as possible. And our customer service folks are, you know, they do an incredible job to try and hit that mark.
