The Cost of Living in the United States

In Manhattan, you can anticipate a minimum of $6 for a beer during happy hour if it's domestic. Do you suppose Walmart has ever considered how raising the minimum wage might affect other businesses? If I opened a bar in Wagner, Oklahoma and I tried to charge my customers $8 per beer, best worst case scenario, they'd attack me. But at least now they can still drink beer if they feel like it.
