I started in 2018 with Instagram and then later on with YouTube. I wasn't too confident about coming out and telling people I was carnivore, because even when I started keto back in 2015 or low carb or paleo, like people scoffed at that. But as I got better and lost weight, those same people were kind of like, huh, you know, what are you doing? And so tell us how it's been in the social media arena and sharing all this. It can be difficult for some folks to kind of figure out how to go forward.
