How I Got Started in Real Estate Investing

Matt Lisa: We got started in our real estate investing actually back in early 2015 my parents owned a property in Lake Havasu was like the family vacation call. And so we put it on Airbnb and then shortly realized that there are regulations and there are rules and we are in an HOA and we can't just do whatever we want. So we learned the hard way that they had rules. It had to be over a 30 day stay so that kind of squash that. But we really were intrigued by by the Airbnb business model by expanding our future and real estate and what we were doing  and thought what we're doing here we could do on a bigger scale.
