i look for micro coaching moments, not micro management, but micro coaching moments. If i'm wandering around and i hear parker on the phone and he says something, maybe when he hangs up, i'll ask him a question about it. And then we'll have a seven minutes conversation about that particular moment. That's really what coaching is all about, is having those little informal chats on a regular basis. It's called management by wandering around.
