The biggest thing that's been kind of a source of internal tensions within the democratic caucus is whether or not to explore this idea of a national gas tax holiday. So obviously, whenever you go to the pump, you pay a certain portion. That gatst 18 cents goes into the federal highway trust fund. One of the ideas that's been thrown out, particularly among moderate democrats who are facing competitive re elections this fall, is to suspend that holiday.
