Maximal: We take a leader, we figure out what they're doing and then we try to mimic it or copy it. Maximal: I think that has some dangers and some pitfalls that are related to this idea of not being genuine in our leadership. He says the best mentors actually do and say when they coach others is let's figure out your talents,. Maximal: There's skills and knowledge that we can learn from each other and from mentors but giving each other permission to be who you are currently zwilled.
