Wrapping Scripts for New Writers

We don't have like an open door policy. So it's like scripts can come in through friends and referrals and that kind of thing but um It depends you know Everyone has a different story in terms of how they've gotten material to we're some now in the case of being wrapped by you guys for a baby writer are these people who've submitted? TV pilots cold or are they specs from existing shows or are they both?
