I'd like to get your perspective on what you see as being the biggest gap in the tooling or technology that's available for data management today. American Express is doing a lot of upskilling within our internal talent either through bringing external individuals in external perspective or giving them access to LinkedIn to raise a talent pool. But it's making sure that we have the right talent as well as focusing on how do we make sure we have AI ML more available across the board.
