A lot more companies at least have them in place for that very reason because it is a lower cost of capital. It's also a way to block off shares to an institution, you know, quite easily and effectively without paying commissions. The commission on the ATM line is 3% versus 7 or 8% when you're doing a standard deal with what it is. And so you see it being used in that way as well today.
