The Importance of Protein for Endurance Athletes
If you're older and trying to lose body fat, then I absolutely recommend eating on the high end of protein. The most important thing really is to meet your daily energy needs. For a fat, it's hard to come up with something other than make sure that your fat calories are at least 20% of your total, total daily calories. And also hormones, uh, like sex hormones. So one of the things that, um, I pretty much hear everybody in bodybuilding circles talk about at least is if your fats are too low,. Or if your total energy is too low, your sex drive tanks.
