I suspect that a big starting point is that we don't conditionally accept ourselves. We don't unconditionally accept ourselves. And thus all of this striving is to make ourselves feel whole, but it never you actually, the starting point is flawed. I have this inclination that it's probably not like you can't persist in that state. There there is just and you mentioned the live ness like that word itself is so contradictory. It's upon some combination of these two conflicting things. But at the same time, knowing that this is it is the thing is the thing as well. So yeah, that notion of that notion of 'live ness' really resonates with me.
