Hypertrophy Training at Long Muscle Lengths

Milo: From the analysis of performed, partials at long muscle lengths may actually be better for hypertrophy than four range of motion reps. Milo: I think generally it's probably like a good heuristic that strength is specific. But if there is a benefit from full range of motion training milo, it sounds like it's primarily because it includes those length and positions. Is that an accurate description? Yeah, absolutely.
