Stephen Boulden: It seems to be there are certain other devices who seems to have the courage to speak to truth, but somehow the same media didn't give those advisors airtime. So I'm afraid I think really come back to this question of the clear messaging and whether the recipient of those information, i.e. the population, were prepared for reopening of the society. That's what helped the Communist Party to avoid making major policy mistakes that could potentially bring out the kind of protest we saw last week. We need to go back to the model that work.
