What's the Equivalent of a Bio Motive Session?

i'm not formally trained. I've never taken their formal training im, you know, i'm not like certified in that. But to me, internally, the way i think of its like,  you know, i've done a bunch of bio motive. I could facilitate, i have facilitated many people with it. What's the equivaent of a barn raising for emotional and mental health? Ye, i think some of it probably it's just literacy, like having more people that are familiar with these techniques.
