The Importance of Waiting and Holding

He was one of the first black men to own that amount of land and he actually was so smart he didn't have enough money to um turn the land into farmland because that would have meant him having you know lumber chopped down. He struck up a deal with the city that and charged them of course that they could you know come and use his land as lumber. So that basically they cleared out his shit but he also got a check.
