The Importance of a Repeatable Sales Motion
The first order of business for any go to market function is to get this repeatable sales motion going. What is that one specific problem that you're solving for for the client and how can you hammer it like in 50 different ways? It may not be the current version of the product that will solve that. But then I mean, what is that unique problem statement, right that you stand for and that you want to solve for as well)? And again, some of the others are not not solving for the way you are. You need to be solving that problem better than anyone else.
