All of potential is internal facing chatbots to help power up managers by having them quickly understand context around projects, get the right data that they need or answer relevant questions. Customer support again as I was mentioning earlier it is not a novel use case. It is however quickly being proven out as one of the strongest use cases. Other ways that limbs are being used with customer support include identity matching and analyzing customer service responses.
