How to Track Your Deep and REM Sleep

For most people, it's a good idea to get about 90 minutes to two hours of deep and about the same thing, two hours or so of REM sleep. And if you're hitting that, then that should help with those blood sugar numbers. For me, connection with nature in the morning is very helpful for this.
