Sam Sullivan - The Voice of Trinidadian Polymath
T.S. Eliot Prize winning poet Anthony Joseph and Cecilia Nastar, Sullivan's literary executor join Lyman in London Town to discuss the writers legacy on the centenary of his birth. The polymath came from a middle class Trinidadian family but got bored with Trinidad when he was working as a wireless operator during the Second World War. He decided to come to London like many of the other writers who we later met from the Caribbean in London to try and find publishers.
