Richard is captured and sent to the Holy Roman Emperor. His right-hand man his squire rides up and down the countryside trying to find him. One day he hears a song that it was one of Richard's own compositions. He comes and he finds that Richard is singing the song in this tower locked away. The Holy Roman Empire asks England for a ransom This is where we get the term a king's ransom. We're talking Google money. It basically banks her up at bankrupts England, but eventually she recovers.
