The Economist's Democracy Index

The Democracy International Fund, it is index based. Do we start with the same 2,800 large cap mid cap stocks, mostly developed markets, 15% emerging markets? And then we look at each security country of risk as defined by Bloomberg or ICON. And then we find the country's democracy score, according to their country of risk, to mutually reweight the portfolio for democracy and away from authoritarian.
