The Impediments to Building a Transit Infrastructure
Right wing is a defense of property as a principle, a worldview and a way of living. When you say property, you're saying exclusion that's inherent in the definition of property. I don't have a clear cut answer for you as to why it costs something like five to six times more to build a mile of subway track in New York City than it does in comparably sized cities like Paris or London.
