There's a great passage in your book about this guy called Sam, who claims that he essentially made the war on drugs this number one issue for Duterte's campaign and by implication, got him into power. Can you give us an example? The Philippines is kind of a fraud capital for online. You know, I don't know if you remember the Kim.com. His wife is Filipina. He operated in the Philippines for a period. And they moved the drug war from a number eight concern,. not to say that it wasn't a problem. So a number 8 concern to number one by the time Rodrigo was running for office.
