What Social Institutions Are Necessary for Human Frustration?

Aristotle calls the state of joy of a complete, what Aristotle calls a complete life. What do we need in order for people to develop that kind of practical wisdom and practical judgment? We need institutions that protect individual liberty. And I think in some ways is at the corewhat the United States did at its founding.
