It is totally legitimate to use something like no worries in business. But the more formal you get, the more you're sort of closing off that connection. I personally would even say that I think this is a role play for a second client meeting. Like maybe we've already had a meeting once and now we're meeting for a second follow-up meeting. So there's a little bit of a guard that sort of comes down.
