How to Get the Most Out of Your Backlog?
The first step i would advise everyone is to just evaluate your car and back clog. What is the size of it? How many different features do you have in the back log? Is this mostly functional requirements, or maybe it is a technical, ded non functional requirements and architectural requirements that you have? Because that will help you decide how most effectively prietorize these features based on where are they coming from. And also looking to what are the sources of this becklog? Is it coming alone, from support, directly from customers, ver stakeholders, delivery team, support teams, apcross organization? Because that'll help you as well. So this is a simple step that helped me
