Jeff: How do you help teams make that connection of like hey, it's great for us to know these things right about renewals or ARR and grossing that retention. But how do you help maybe those leaders out there start saying those are the metrics that we care about as business but we need to start getting into some of these leading things? And so I mean, especially with technology today, things like listening platforms out there I think of update AI chorus gone all of those where you can put in key words.
