Matthew 19 ends on that amazing note of Jesus' rich young ruler. But can you take the next step, which is overcoming the comparisons that come with consecration? This is purifying your motives just like we saw back in the Sermon on the Mount. In a similar way that's what we're about to see here. If we are ready to sacrifice and consecrate our all without worrying for a second about the level of sacrifice of those all around us,. Love them and let them grow up in God at their pace and at the Lord's direction.
