Is the Digital Creator Economy Going to Migrate to the Wild West?

The digital crator economy is so new, it's so fresh. It's the wild west out here. There are no standards, no rules for how these businesses and creators run their teams. This is, of course, in stark contrast to the traditional film of television industry,. where we have decades of union rules and pay standards and stuff. I'm curious as to whether you think the creator economy his going to migrate to that model of unionization or if it's just going to remain in the wild west like it's been for the last 15 years.
